Challenge
Finding and hiring developers who meet specific technical skill requirements is getting difficult. This can be frustrating for entrepreneurs and project managers when they're managing a project to build an application or a website that requires multiple skillsets.
Design process
Three user personas - a developer, client and delivery manager are created followed by detailed sketches of wireframes with user centric approach while building trust among all 3 users. After some brainstorm sessions, wireframes were refined into high fidelity interactive prototypes.
Final result
A web app that makes it easier to find & hire developers by filtering their skills, time-zone & previous work history on the platform. With a user-friendly task creation process along with sprints and project road map, the platform makes all aspects of your entire project flow smoothly.
