UX Research, wireframes, UX UI design, and prototype for Truck drivers and Customer users with Real-time vehicle tracking.
Pickupjob is the first marketplace of its kind: a bidding system for truck drivers. PickupJob has created a solution to the problems faced by transport companies and their customers who need heavy loads moved. The platform connects those with trucks that can haul large loads to people who need them transported, making it easier than ever before for both parties to find what they’re looking for. Pickupjob’s mission is to make delivery of heavy loads as easy as possible with bidding and automation features.
Transporting heavy items is difficult when using personal vehicles that aren't designed for this purpose. The price charged by transportation companies can also be expensive depending on what kind of vehicle you need and how long your load will take to get delivered.
After learning about the audience and defining a problem, user stories have been created from customer and truck driver perspectives. These include finding a job, bidding on price, picking up loads until drop off with rating users after each job of pick-up and drop-off.
An easy-to-use & intuitive app for truck drivers to communicate with customers and bid on the price before accepting a job to deliver heavy loads. With the help of the maps and live location features, the truck drivers & customers can meet their destination with ease.
Pickupjob's map view lets truck drivers see what's available in their area and list view features info like how many miles the job will be while considering the make or model that they are suitable to operate.
PickupJob is the best way to get the job done, with a simple set of easy-to-use features. Create your jobs in minutes by knowing what, where, when and how much the truck needs to be filled up. Then watch our fleet of drivers compete for it!

Here's a sneak peek of the work done for this project before designing a high-fidelity interactive prototype. I always draw wireframes as they are an essential part of the product development process, allowing you to identify issues earlier on, saving time & money in design and development phases.
