Project overview
ICT Circle is the world's first B2B Platform for ICT Eco-System. You can find everything you need in one place. It’s simple to buy and sell, with the opportunity of connecting prospective buyers and sellers before any deal is accepted. Sellers can also advertise their products on the site for prospective buyers to browse through at their leisure. ICT Circle proves that it's not just about products anymore; it's also the services that come with them.
Challenge
To redesign the existing web application, improve user experience and come up with a better solution for customers who want to buy and sell ICT products from each other with proposals request forms that allows them to talk it out first before accepting a deal. And to update the current bulk order management system and inventory.
Design process
Discussed, brainstormed and went through the pain points of their current application with the client, then listed the features they wanted to add on the platform based off user research before creating draft wireframes for both a buyer and seller persona that were later refined into an interactive prototype to be tested by users.
Final result
The new platform focusing on the user’s needs creating an even better experience for buyers and sellers, helping them to get more proposals and closing deals at a faster pace. The Community Feed is a great way for buyers and sellers in ICT industry connect with each other so that they create better opportunities together.
